All Grills come equipped with a digital control center, oven board, full function programmable meat probe. They range from 170 degrees to 600 degrees in 5 degree increments. All grills have a porcelain coated steel main cooking rack, heavy duty 14 gauge steel construction, heavy duty casters and wheels; with a powder coat finish. The grills all have a 12 lb hopper capacity, large stainless steel vented handle, solid bottom shelf and a dome thermometer.
Along with all the features of Louisiana Grills these hogs offer 48,000 BTU, two separate cooking chambers to cook at two separate temperatures, removable center divider to use as single grill.
