How it Works

When the power switch is pushed on, the hot rod activates for two minutes igniting the wood pellets in the firepot.  The auger automatically feeds the wood pellets from the hopper to the firepot.  Convection air heat and wood smoke surround your food.  The result is fantastic tasting food.  Drippings are channeled out of the cooking chamber into a grease bucket.  The High setting lets you grill, Medium is for slow roasting, and Smoke lets you smoke foods like turkey, ham, salmon, and jerky.
